This summer I had ponds over and paid over $300 to install a bathroom faucet and repair sink drain and water line leak in my kitchen. 2 months later I started seeing water on my floor and my husband tried and those he fixed it and water is still leaking out over my floor. I'm not satisfied with their work.

Richard and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased a home using a 203K style loan. the home needed a few repairs such as installing gutters, fixing shingles on the roof, repairing termite damage at an entryway, installing ceiling Sheetrock and tape joint repair. Richard and his crew were always on time and friendly. Being a 203k loan a lot more was needed from the contractor, Richard handled everything with the bank which made things so much easier as a buyer. I was home somedays and his crew communicated every time they left and arrived at the house. The repairs came out
