Brown's has the worst follow up, customer service, and workmanship possible. We had a serious issue with the quality and durability of wood flooring that they installed. First they blamed the manufacturer for light spots that appeared on our wood floors. The manufacturer said the product was not at fault. Then they said it was our fault and that we spilled something on it. We know that is not true! All this took nearly 6 months to come to the conclusion that they refused to help us at all. Things looked good at first, but over time their shoddy workmanship and lack of follow through was revealed
