They are not professional. I asked for two quotes in January. One for demolition and one for cutting and capping the sewer line. Every day they said that they would send me the quote and nothing. I spoke to them on the phone more than 10 times and they informed me that they would send me the price. Today is the end of March and I called again and now they said they are not interested in doing the job, because last year I requested two quotes as well for another house. One quote for asbestos reporting and one for demolition. I just hired them for the asbestos service. And the demolition even before

Thank you guys so much! They were there for us in an urgent situation and as it was getting late in the day and we needed our septic pumped immediately, the guy had already left the office but came back after we had called and he came right over and took out a shovel and helped my husband find the access to our septic and pumped it for us. Customer Service is everything and he went above and beyond for us. And as a disabled war veteran, the day after veterans day, my husband highly appreciated it.
