I ordered a custom over the toilet shelf, it arrived with a shelf broken and very late. They were filing a claim with USPS for a refund of the shipping charges and were supposed to give me a refund for part of the shipping. I was able to fix the top shelf myself with wood glue and a nail, however the screw holes did not line up probably on my wall and I had to drill new holes. I am still waiting for a refund of the shipping this was purchase in August. Still nothing....
