Horrible service! The most unprofessional employees I have EVER seen in my life. Everyone in the company is extremely rude and all they talk about is how little they get paid and how my pool takes long time to clean since it is not enclosed. Service team NEVER LISTENS to me, DOES NOT EVEN LET ME TALK about a pool problem I observe!!! They would immediately start blaming me if the pool is not in perfect condition. The manager (Rich) does not even want to listen to the complaints placed. The absolute worst pool service that $100 / month can buy. DO NOT CONTRACT your pool with these guys. I would

Run as far as you can from these guys !!!!!
First of all the guy who comes to clean our pool has zero respect for the customers. He would be-little us every time. Trying to talk to him about any pool related issue is impossible because according to him everything is our fault!! One day he forgot to install an O ring after cleaning the pump basket so the pump started making loud noise...which he obviously DID NOT NOTICE and when I came out to draw his attention, he is like "OH YOU MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PUT THE O RING BACK"!!! I was like really ??? He would get loud and not let me talk or explain
