I had some hurricane guests a couple years ago that brought their luggage and bugs. I tried to handle it myself with shelf products and nothing worked. I called Best Home and Property and I must say I am not disappointed at all. Brian came out and inspected my property and gave a thorough plan of action.

Best Pest Control did a wonderful job - they were thorough, efficient and took the time to listen and offer the best options for insect eradication at my home - both inside and out. Their prices are very reasonable and I did some shopping around first. I didn't want to compromise quality for price - and I got every bit of my money's worth with BEST. Justin came to my house and was very professional, informative, and polite. He explained what he was doing so I knew. He put booties on before entering my house and that was very respectful. He did a wonderful job!

We first met the company at the Myrtle Beach Hone Show back in the spring and were impressed by the friendly professional demeanor of the reps there. We set up the monthly mosquito service and also quarterly pest control inside . The company is diligent about calling to let us know when our services are due and the service team are always prompt and courteous. Rob has been here several times and just this week came out to exterminate a colony of wasps in the crawl space. He definitely provides WOW service!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I randomly noticed bugs coming out of the window sill in our living room (we just purchased our home in Nov 2020) and didn't have a clue what they were until I called Best! They sent Brian out to do a termite inspection and he was awesome! He did a full inspection and let us know about our issue (wood to ground deck beside the problem area) and gave us treatment options that didn't require us pulling up the deck! When it came time to do the actual treatment, they were early (both times) and left a detailed note of the services they did! 10/10

Justin has been spraying our property inside and out every quarter and is awesome! The company & Justin are wonderful with communication and keeping you informed if your scheduled appointment is running ahead of schedule or a little late. They will either call or send a text letting you know; which is so helpful. They are ALWAYS there within a short window of your scheduled appointment as well, not like other companies who have a large time window of 4 hours or more. They also call you to set up your next quarter appointment, it’s so helpful so you don’t have to call them.
