I got quotations from 9 different contractors and Billy was the most courteous of the Contractor sales Managers. He arrived ahead of schedule. Inspected my roof and patiently explained different roofing materials, I accepted the quotation we set a date, workers arrived at 7am with materials and state of art equipment. The skilled workers moved with military precision replacing my old roof with a new roof in 8 hours. Attention to detail and exactly as agreed. They cleaned up all the debris. I am impressed and so are my neighbors.

Attention to detail, craftsmanship, professionalism and QUALITY roofing materials is what they used to install my new roofing system. The crew of installation technicians, lead by Marco, arrived on time and worked almost nonstop (except for a brief lunch break) working on my roof from 7:30 am until completion (to include cleaning up) by 5:45 pm. It was absolutely an honor and refreshing, to watch the crew of installer's use teamwork and attention to detail, while applying their technical skills to create such a gorgeous roof, (and at an incredibly reasonable price). I was absolutely speechless

The staff at Exterior Pro Builders were a pleasure to deal with. Starting with Michael K who came out and assessed the storm damage to my roof and worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was made whole again. We set up a date for the new roof to be installed, Marco and his crew arrived and did a total tear off and install of my new roof in ONE day. The crew was great and the clean up was amazing. Great job guys.

Nice work. Only issue was different crews to perform different repairs. There were some language barriers and no oversight to smooth out issues which arose out of confusion as to how work was to be done. Overall did a nice job once the issues were straightened out but an on the site person in charge would have been helpful.
