If I could give them a zero rating i would! This company scheduled with me twice and both times, at the end of the allocated time, i called them and they told me "I am sorry ma'am, we don't' have a technician in your area!" Twice this week i waited around at home from 2 to 5 for this company to show up. They never called or showed up! I called at 1pm on the second time to make sure they were coming today and was told not to worry, the technician will be there today between 2 and 5! I will never use this company or refer them! This was the worst customer service experience i have ever had! Unbelievably

Unbelievable poor service and follow up. Replace ice maker. Never followed up after technician diagnosed the problem. Three calls to find out status. All three times, “I will send this info to a manager and he will contact the technician.” THREE TIMES in a month and nothing. Don’t burn their business down because they don’t deserve the benefit of insurance claim.

The repairman came on time. I explained to the repairman how the refrigerator stopped cooling this weekend. He helped me understand what could be the issue and the options I had. I chose to replace the appliance instead of repair it. But I am still extremely impressed with Federal Way Appliance Repair and plan to call them if I need appliance repair.

The cost of the service call was reasonable. The the serviceman arrived within the time window and was very knowledgeable about the Kenmore washer that was broken. He immediately diagnosed the problem, specifically the transmission was broken and needed to be replaced and that it would cost more than the machine was worth. We bought a new wash machine that was highly rated by a consumer advocacy group.

Tried calling to see if they could come out for a service call just to verify my refrigerator was working so I could submit it to my home warranty company. The woman I spoke with let me know they weren’t affiliated with any home warranties. I let her know that was totally fine. I didn’t need a warranty call. I just needed someone to out and give me some sort of documentation that my refrigerator was in good working order. She let me know it would be a $70 service fee charge plus the cost of the part and charge for the repair. I told her that wasn’t what I was asking for and again asked if

The tech tries but honestly the diagnosis is terrible. Dish washer wasn’t working so I had the latch replaced per their professional opinion. After it’s fixed they say the door hinges are off so I have to lift my door up, over to the left, and then attach it to the latch. After about a week of that, the dishwasher stops working and the new diagnosis is that my door hinges need to be replaced. Basically they put a band aid on it without actually fixing the problem costing me $250 bucks and it still doesn’t work properly.

I called this company because I thought it was a Federal Way local business but the person taking the calls was in California and when the repairman showed up he was from Seattle. He ordered a new heating element for my oven and came back when the part arrived and put the part into the stove and then the oven worked. I had to pay $70 just to have him come out and make an estimate. The stove works fine now but it was $300 which seemed like a lot to me. What do I know, I'm just an old lady. Anyway, the oven works now.
