I called in May to make an appointment for an Estimator and waited two weeks before Robertson Roofing came to do the inspection. It’s been four weeks now since they did the inspection in the building and I have been waiting to receive the estimate. I called several times to the office and was told that the estimate was to be emailed to me a week ago. I called again the office today and spoke with Cindy, (Scheduler) and she told me Mr. Jr is on vacation and they don’t have any guarantee as to when the estimate will be ready. I can not wait another month for an estimate. I guess they don’t

Robertson Roofing was the best subcontractor we dealt with during the homebuilding process. They were professional, provided creative ideas, and did an excellent job on our custom metal roof. Also, we decided to follow their advice to install ice and water shield. It is a highly durable product. Their service was second to none and they stand by their products.

I just needed parts to repair my own gutter. The lady that answered the phone was nice, polite, articulate, professional, and HELPFUL! I just wanted to know where I could find the parts I needed. She told me of the supplier but it was in Jefferson, a long drive for me. She pro-offered help. She had one of the operations guys drop off the parts on their next trip to my area. He did. The guy that came by my house was very technically knowledgeable, helpful, also very articulate, and a decent guy.
