Barry Bros. Landscape Design began with three young brothers cutting a few lawns in the neighborhood. Out of that early work a desire for landscaping blossomed and we soon realized that this was going to be more than a hobby, it was going to be our profession! With our goals set we aimed to attend SUNY Farmingdale for our Ornamental Horticulture degrees.
Each of us made our way through this program where we were taught by well known horticulturists and landscape design experts and some of the best in the field of landscape design, extensive plant identification and selection, lawn care treatment and masonry construction. We apply this knowledge every day to make our work excellent.
While attending SUNY Farmingdale we started the business working around our school schedules. Upon graduation and with years of hard work we have grown the business into a successful company. We provide the following services: weekly maintenance, full plantings, all phases of masonry, fertilization programs, seasonal flower programs, waterfall installation and design, and snow management.

Barry Bros has all of the top of the line equipment to ensure that any project, big or small, is done as affective as possible. We have multiple bobcat skid steers, excavators, aerial tree trucks, dump trucks, equipment trailers, stump grinders, chippers, street sweepers and much much more. I hired the Barry brothers to do some culture stonework on my fireplace that was in a rather bad shape. The Barry brothers turned an ugly looking fireplace into the focal point of my house. The Barry brothers were diligent with their work and have a great eye for the small details. They were always on time and left my house spotless after their days work.

We recently had work done in our front yard, which left quite a mess of dirt and no more grass. Our garden and flower beds were messed up as well. Bill came and assessed the job and had a plan ready within hours. They came, fixed all our sprinklers, re-did the gardens with mulch, planted new flowers, fixed our driveway and cobblestone and laid new soil and grass seed. Job was done in a few hours and in just 1 WEEK.... my yard is back to beautiful and full of grass again!!! Cannot thank Barry Bros enough!!!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

Simply put, doing business with Brian Barry and the entire Barry Brothers staff and crew was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From Brian’s vision of my back yard (which had many challenges including water damage in basement), he was able to not only overcome that with catch basins and dry wells; grade the property and create a backyard design that I could only dream about. Brian came in on budget, on time to deliver us a true work of art. Brian and his team exceeded our expectations to the most minor of details. Barry Brothers just put in new sod and moved some trees and shrubs. They were outstanding! Their price was fair, they were extremely neat and efficient. All of the men were very polite and respectful of our home. In less than three days they had ripped up our damaged lawn, regraded, brought in top soil and laid down a beautiful thick lawn. They told me it would be brown for a couple of weeks as it is early but it looks awesome! As an Interior Designer I am particular about my home..they truly impressed me. I highly recommend them.

Wow... that’s all I can say about these guys, they did such a great job on our backyard project from start to finish. They showed up on time and kept my yard clean during the month long project. Just want to say something about the Barry Brothers.... last year they began and finished my project ahead of schedule. Their work is second to NONE! These men have a strong and hard work ethic that you just don't see anymore these days. They are current with the latest materials and designs. They took charge and designed us a "resort" style yard.
