Our building management company recommend PDS when we had flooding in our condo. The flooding caused extensive damage which required dry wall, floors and kitchen to be removed. They did all of the demo and the rebuild and we are delighted with the results. They are professional and do not cut corners.

My townhouse in studio flooded this last winter and I was referred to property damage specialists by a friend who has used them once before.
Everything from their response time to their knowledge of water damage was excellent. They came out within 45 minutes of my call, inspected everything, including mold (scary) and were able to get a quick estimate to my insurance company the same day.
They handled everything from drying the water to the rebuild of my condo.
