After moving in our new home we had the opportunity to work with Matt Sistare to help us correct a plumbing and electrical issue. Matt was very attentive and response to our needs and worked diligently to get things corrected in a timely manner. He continues to check in with my wife and I to insure things are going smoothly and that we are satisfied in our new home. Would definitely recommend Matt to help you with any of your needs!

We bought our home in April 2020 from Carolina Country Homes and have nothing but great things to say about them. Most recently we contacted them about an issue we were having. When they called me back for more information, I let them know it was most likely something we had done and was not their responsibility. However, they still sent a representitive, Matthew, out on a 3 hour round trip just to confirm and to see if there was anything they could do about it. He was great and gave me some tips on how I could fix the problem. They did this even though they didn't need too. I hope to never need

Brent, our site supervisor, was a pleasure to work with. The quality of our home really impressed us. The follow-up work done by Matt and Snipes electrical was completed promptly and properly.

While the process was not always easy, I appreciated Brent so much. He was always very up front and honest with me about things going on. I can be very hands on and he understood that. When the home I originally wanted came along Cary called and informed me that I could be moved into my home in a few months. Although the time line got pushed back due to unforeseen circumstances I was in my home for the holidays. Julie was super nice and sweet during the closing process. When I have found little problems and let Julie and Brent know they are quick to response and get the necessary party out to fix

I typically do not give reviews, but I am for Carolina Country Homes due the amazing experience we had when purchasing our home a couple of years ago. Our sales rep, Cary, worked around his schedule to meet my wife and I on a Saturday morning to show us the model homes. We do not live close to Lancaster so we had to coordinate the trip and Cary went out of his way to meet us. He did an amazing job showing the on-site house, explaining everything, and working within our budget. After looking at a few of the model homes, we decided on The Concord. We opted for just about all of the options that were

My fiancé found Carolina Country Homes when we first started throwing around the idea of building a home. After a lot a research and meeting with our sales rep Cary at CCH, we knew modular was the best route for us.
Cary made the process of picking out finishes for our home really easy, even meeting us on a Saturday he wasn’t scheduled to work in office to accommodate our work schedules. He kept everything moving including keeping us on track with making decisions in time to meet our deadlines.
Our site super intendant Anthony made the construction process as easy as possible. Any problems

We have been nothing but satisfied with our home throughout every step of the process. The sales staff are good at giving you honest feed back and the construction staff keep you informed and educated about every step. We have been comfortable when asking questions and make requests through out the process. Do not view their product as a regular modular home (like a double wide). They turn a well build modular unit into the home you want. You can add anything and they will do their best to accommodate you. Over all, I think anyone looking for a home to be built should give them a visit.

Our house was set in March 2020, and we have Matt Sistare to thank for that! We were able to move in pretty quickly before the pandemic shut everything down, and we are very, very grateful.
We love our new home, even with it's little "quirks". Paul Webb was a great sales agent who worked mostly with my husband through the purchasing process. Julie Dutton was helpful though the financial end of things - everyone did a pretty good job with communication.
The only thing I wish had been smoother was the 30 day punch list repairs. We ended up with some bowed floor joists, and the repairs weren't top

In 2016 my husband and I began researching modular home companies in our area. While we visited some immediately around us, they just could not meet our needs and/or our budget. So, I began the daunting task of checking out reviews and calling companies further away. This is when I met Greg Brooks.
Greg took a LOT of time out of his day the first time I got him on the phone. He explained to me the differences between modular home companies, what Carolina County Homes offered and even gave me advice when talking to other modular home companies (ex: questions to ask, etc.). He never pressured me

A company that sells modular homes, with nice staff. You do get a lot for your money, and they make very clear what is covered for the price of the house. After looking at some high-end mobile options including Clayton, I feel this is a better bet and we will probably end up purchasing a home from them. Sturdier construction, and the quality of a stick-built house without the wait-time is very appealing. May be an option for those purchasing tracts of land who have gotten "sticker shock" with a stick-built house, but are not allowed to have a mobile home as their primary residence on the property
