I had made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday and by 3:15 they hadn't shown up. So I called to see what was up. After settling the confusion that I already had an appointment, not that I was trying to make one, they said they were running behind and someone would reach out shortly. I called back at 4:30, because still no one had called. I was told no one was coming out. I was in tears, and asked to speak to whomever I spoke to when I called earlier. The woman on the phone claimed he left at 3pm. Which I told her wasn't possible. I was on the phone with him after that. I asked for
