Total disregard for personal property. Deliberately ran over a 8”X10’ treated post set in private property. The lead man told me that they would replace my post. 24 days later and after phone contact, the post has not been replaced. I wouldn’t trust this company to do anything.

Edit 2: owner came back out and fixed the issue. Promised to make it right with the electric box and knocked down theprice a little.
Horrible company. Do not recommend. We hired them to pump our septic tank and the guy they sent was extremely unprofessional. He backed over our electrical utility box, complained the entire time he was here, then left the job unfinished.
Edit: they said they'd be back tonight to finish. Will update when done.

We had a real mess on our hands! I called Weston who came out with the Earth Buster which fixed the problem. I can't thank Mack and Lisa enough for their quick response time and fair prices. I would and will refer Weston to anyone needing help with their septic needs.

Late review...We called around late on Friday hoping to find someone to check out our septic system on Saturday. Weston sent a man out that evening. Job was a bit more than simply pumping the tank. Weston's crew took care of the problem and had everything back in working condition in a few days. Great crew, great work, and fair price....Thanks again.

I usually do not write reviews unless it is absolutely imperative to do so. I woke up on a Saturday morning and all heck broke lose, we had backup come into the house. We figured it was the sewer system or tank. I called this company because they had wonderful reviews and Lisa was very understanding and professional on the phone. She mad an appointment for me at two p.m. Her husband Mr. Weston and Earl came out. They were absolutely professional and courteous.
After I saw what exactly the problem was, I immediately felt embarrassed, but they made me feel better.

Mack and his team are exceptional! My septic tank was difficult to locate and they did not give up. I am so thrilled with their service. They were here the same day that I called due to an emergency. They fixed my backup. I was very impressed. And they always had a smile on their face and were so friendly and professional. They even replanted my sago that had to be removed. Please use Weston. I highly recommend them!
