We moved into the neighborhood and was referred to Aqua Leisure by the previous owners. They go above and beyond and are extremely helpful, answering questions with kindness and education- no matter how trivial or complex the question.
They are such a ray of sunshine in a pool novice's heart! They've helped me answer all my pool closing, pool opening, pool maintaining, and "what is this and how do I not break anything?" questions. Plus, they always have the parts and supplies I need.

They opened my pool 2 months agao...I noticed a leak coming from the filter housing. I went into store twice, called twice....they didnt care!!!! When they installed the top of the housing they damaged the O ring...accidents happen////But, they didnt take responabliity!!!!!!! They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and look at the leak/ Bad/sad customer service!!!!

My parents recently got a pool and none of us knew how to take care of it . We stopped in at aqua leisure on Reon and they were amazing ! Samantha tested the water and Stephanie when over chemicals and maintenance . We also received great tips from Byron and Sabina on taking care of our pool liner . It was an over all amazing experience ! They treats us like family and I look forward to our next visit !

Aqua Leisure is my favorite pool store in the area. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fair prices on their products. I visit this store every year to open my pool, and throughout the summer to have the water tested and maintain the quality. I highly recommend giving them your business!

Approximately one month ago I called and scheduled an appointment for a pool closing for 10-13-17 after 12.00. I called three days priorto the scheduled time and was told it was on the book and there should be no problems. I was not home but my wife called me at 9.20 and told me they were there. I wanted to observe the service since this my first experience with them and advised my wife to cancel the service.She said the techs were polite and very understanding. I called the office and was told they only schedule the day and not a time. I explained about my calls but she said whoever I talked to

My husband and I are first time pool owners that had no clue how to even turn on the filter system. After turning our pool into a swamp and visiting another pool store that tried to sell us a membership, a $500 class, and chemicals we already had we stop at Aqua Leisure. After a brief conversation the staff took us aside to a model and took us step by step on how to operate our system what chemicals we would need any why we needed them. We have been going back since. Three Strikes. The first time my husband visited this store he was in the store for 10 minutes waiting with his pool sample and neither of the employees spoke to him or even looked at him. He was the only customer in the store. He left without being helped. Then, yesterday I went to the store to get 2 bags of salt. Yes, it was raining balls. But I was there and I wanted the salt since I would need it today. The male employee did not want to sell me the salt. He said I would not be using it today. I said I needed it for tomorrow. He said the salt was in the back shed and the bags were paper and

I have had my pool since 1980. This was the fourth liner replacement and the first by Aqua Leisure. This was by far the best installation that I have had. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of the work status which was very important to me. This was by far the smoothest and best liner replacement I have experienced. POLARIS Service: I dropped my Polaris off since it was acting very sluggish in my pool. I thought it was time to rebuild it, no matter the cost. The Polaris "mechanic" called me back a few days later and told me the unit was fine and my hose could be the problem. I took off from work and brought the hose over. He called the next day and told me that I needed three new swivels on my hose. I paid him ($15 each) and picked up the hose and Polaris after work. The unit operated exactly the same in my pool. I took it out while it was running and saw that water was spraying out all around the

I had a good experience here when I needed return line plugs, as I decided to save some money and close my pool myself. Leslie's did not carry the black rubber stopper kind of plugs- not that they were familiar with what I was describing. I called Acqua Leisure and they knew what I needed and had a variety of sizes. There were two sizes that might fit, I bought two of each size and the gentleman at Aqua Leisure told me to make sure I brought back the two I didn't use for a refund. He was most helpful in reviewing the steps for pool closing when I discussed what I was doing. Another

I couldn't disagree more. I have been going to Aqua Lesiure for years (pembroke and reon locations) I have found the staff to be very helpful every time. They even put my big chlorine jugs in my car for me! I have also called in the phone many times with a problem and they always take the time to try and help me. I highly recommend them for any and all pool and spa needs!!!!!

I will never go back to this store again...for being the only customer in the store you would think the 2 employees ( or should I say owner) would be more helpful on a Saturday morning at 9am.
I went in looking for a pool rope with my 2 boys and neither one got up to greet me or ask me what I was looking for...
Finally I had to go to the counter and ask if they had any pool ropes and were very unfriendly. So long story short they didn't seem to care...and I was also looking for a pool light but didn't stick around to see if they had one since they couldn't help me get a simple
