I called Numark after the hail storm that came through. Mike walked me through the entire process. He was very courteous and helpful answering all my questions along the way. He knew exactly what I needed to give to the insurance company to speed along the settlement process. The quality of work is top notch. Our roof was a total loss after the tornado that hit NWA at the end of October. At a time when service providers were overwhelmed with work requests, we never felt "on hold" Numark was out the day following the storm and put patches all over the roof to provide us with temporary support before the predicted thunderstorms arrived. Once our insurance adjuster made it out (on a Friday) Numark was back. I couldn't believe it when they started on our house on the weekend, I just assumed it would be the following week. Mike and the team at Numark were awesome. After the tornado, they were out the very next day to get temporary tarps on our roof. Mike walked us through every step of the process, and was quick to respond to all of our questions. He was also on-site to meet with the insurance adjuster which was a huge benefit - he even filed the final paperwork with our agent once the job was complete! His crew did a great job and cleaned everything up once the job was done. If I ever need roofing work again in the future, Mike and Numark will definitely be my first choice!
