First time using the company for my HVAC needs. AC went out on a Sunday night and I called first thing Monday morning and they had a technician out in about two hours from my call. (I was expecting to be lucky and get them out the sane day being busy season for AC repair in August). Unable to complete the repair initially due to having to order a part. Came back the following day after parts arrived in and was out first thing this morning (around 7:30) to complete the service. Very satisfied with the service and was shocked by their timeliness. Will definitely recommend.

My experience with Vance was unfortunate. I called two weeks prior to needing someone come to my home for a small job. I was told on three different occasions that someone would return my call and no one called. The staff mentioned how busy they were today and would not be able to do the job. I understand that, but if I had been told that same thing over a week ago, I would not have pursued. I do not feel like there was anything malicious here, I just feel like due to the size of the job I had, it was not worth it to them. The staff on the phone was friendly and I appreciate that, just a frustrating
