We love OTM! My boyfriend and I have done two moves now with OTM and the office staff were very helpful and upfront with all of the costs involved. No surprise charges, everything was explained before hand. Accurate estimating. The movers themselves hustled and lifted all the furniture with ease. We had a huge king bed that wouldn’t fit in the elevator and these guys carried it down 4 flights of stairs. No damages to our stuff, they wrapped everything professionally. Highly recommend!

Move with OTM movers at your own risk! They flirted with my sister the whole time. They left items in my storage even though the whole storage was to be moved. They broke my glass table and dented my doorway on BRAND NEW APARTMENTS. I’m still missing a couple items as well and over charged from the original agreed quote.

Joseph and Eddie showed up on time with a courtesy call 40 minutes early. Came in and assessed the move and got right to work. It showed they had the experience and the right mindset to get the job done without adding extra expenses. I’m very happy with my move and I’m looking forward to using the company for my next move into my new place. Thank you!

Do Not use this company. We tried to purchase additional insurance and they stated that they had never had a claim and wouldn't write it up. They sent the wrong size truck, kept piling furniture in. Needless to say they destroyed our furniture. Brand New sectional sofa ruined, one of a kind cabinet broken, dining chairs crushed, bed broken, dresser legs broken, numerous boxes crushed and then were extremely rude and unprofessional when we were upset about the condition of our furniture. I would not let this company move a dog house for me.

They just moved us from our older house in Dawsonville to new home in White County. Couldn't be happier. I had to work and was unable to be present, but my wife said all 6 movers were polite, personable, introduced themselves and made it very clear they wanted her to be happy with the services. Eight hours and two trucks later, my wife texted me and said they did a phenomenal job. As a business owner, I know it can be tough to find good folks to work. According to my wife, these fellas were great. Thanks for a good experience during a stressful time.
