There is so much wrong about how JBL Roofing & Construction, Inc., does business, that it's really extremely unprofessional. When you buy a roof, it is an enormous investment of money, so you want to make sure you hire the best company who will install your roof properly and behave in ways that give you confidence in them as competent professionals you can trust. I want you to know from my personal experience, JBL Roofing & Construction, Inc., is not that business.

Had a cold call storm chaser salesmen notice my siding had blown off during a storm. He knocked on my door and gave me his card and explained how he could help. I was stressed over the situation and the salesmen seemed eager to help so I called him the next day. He came out and took my insurance information. After playing phone tag for a bit he said that he would be out another day with his "boss" to discuss my options. The day of that appointment he canceled saying that he would be in contact with me within two days. That never occurred. I'm not going to beg you to take my money

Matt Lewis at JBL was the easiest person to work with! As newer homeowners, he helped us every step of the way and was an advocate for us when it came to dealing with our insurance! Matt followed up on each aspect of our new roof and siding. He and the JBL crew went above and beyond installing a new door and exterior lights during the job.
