Very reliable company, in my experience. The team moved quickly and efficiently, which was a pleasant surprise. The team was very competent and never made me worry about my belongings. I used to worry about moving in Albuquerque because I have had very bad experiences with people not showing up but I do not have that concern anymore after using Moving Solutions. I was genuinely impressed by how well this company worked and how flexible they were to help me get my job done. My move was not an easy one but these guys made it a heck of a lot easier.

Had a scheduled delivery for today from 2-4 and by 3:15 still hadn’t heard anything and decided to call and check where the delivery guys were. The guy informed me that they were finishing up the job before mine in another town and running behind 1.5 hours! I informed him that I am very upset as I have to leave at 5 and won’t be in town for a week, but was more upset that no one communicated that they were running behind until I called. I did reschedule the delivery date for in two weeks however I am inconvenienced by this situation. I will update once I actually receive my furniture.

Purchased over $1200 worth of IKEA items and made a delivery date for 3/11 they called me at 10 am on 3/11 to tell me they were running late on their deliveries and weren't able to come until Sunday from 2-4. At 12:30 pm on 3/12 while at church I received a phone call that they were early and needed to deliver my items now. I text the number of the delivery man back James Salgado and he responded that his boss did not want him "sitting around for two hours" and asked if they could leave it on the porch. I responded no as it was a very expensive order and he responded that I would need to reschedule

Absolutely worst service. This company is so sloppy and unorganized. I ordered a couch and payed for a 2 week delivery, and didn't receive my couch for one month. They wrong color of couch was given to me and when they scheduled the second move, they never came. I ordered a bed from IKEA, and when it got my my house, I noticed they had chipped a huge chunk of wood off. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Horrible. Scheduled a delivery for a time window that we would be in town for a week. Didn't hear from the until the day after our requested delivery date (even though it had been in their warehouse for a week) and then they scheduled a date and 2 hour time window of 4-6pm. They then called at 2pm and left a message saying they would be there early and were on the way to the house right then. Didn't there message until 3pm and rushed home. They must have come early and decided not to come back during their actual scheduled time because they never showed between 3-7pm and wouldn't answer the phone

TERRIBLE! Delivery/setup was quoted to take 15 to 20 minutes but actually took over an hour, not to mention items missing from delivery. Delivery men broke items in my home along with damaged items setting up. Delivery men did not document on paperwork like they said they would. I called supervisor and he was RUDE and of no assistance. He said he would call me right back after speaking to delivery team to let me know what they were planning on doing, 2 days later still no response. I contacted seller to help me resolve issue and at this time had conference call with SAME supervisor. He told rep

Purchased some items from Ikea that were to be delivered by Moving Solutions. When they came for the delivery they only gave us a partial order. When I asked about it they insisted that they didn't have it. When calling the manager later it turned out it was on the truck. Several phone calls later, none of which were returned by Moving Solutions, we still don't have the rest of our items. Do not use them if you have the choice.

Culture of Non-Communication
When one person in a company doesn’t perform common sense customer communication (for example letting the customer know they will be over 2.5 hours late for a delivery shorty before/after running late) that person simply is a bad egg that probably won’t last long with said company. When no-one in a company can perform common-sense customer communication it has to be a top-down generated and accepted culture amongst all employees.
I was supposed to have scheduled delivery. The driver completely missed the window. I could not get a hold of anyone in the company
