We hired Lamp to add a laundry/mudroom to our carport, resigned/remodeled the layout of the kitchen and added a small party off the kitchen.
We loved the fact that they were local and did in house design services with an architect and draftsman on staff. We love our new additions and kitchen redesign. Great staff and crew, it was a pleasure working with these guys!

I am so pleased with my beautiful new pool house designed by Mel Lamp. Lamp Design and Build has a wonderful staff and crew that worked so hard to make this happen. Not only is it a beautiful space but all workmanship was outstanding from framing, Sheetrock, tile work, flooring and finishing. The crew was always professional, polite and respect. The staff was helpful and responsive. It’s really a dream come true for me. The only downside was it took much longer than I thought, there were delays. However upon completion all is well and I would like to thank each and every person who was involved

We hired Lamp Design + Build to demo our existing garage, and build a bigger more customized garage. Everything was completed on time and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they did for us. When my husband and I decided to do a kitchen remodel we didn't know where to begin. Fortunately our neighbor told us about Lamp, Design, + Build. We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen! We are using Lamp Design Build to do a major renovation of our home and are currently over half way through the project. It is coming along very nicely. They have worked with us to get the most out of our budget, provided great recommendations in designing the project, and are very satisfied with the quality of work. Lamp Design Build added on a gorgeous shower to my once 1/2 bath, & put in new flooring/walls in both bathrooms. Currently they're working on my front porch to be screened in. Hired Lamp Design Build to do major renovations after an a/c leak in the attic when we were out of town. They came in very quickly and helped with every part of getting things repaired and livable again. They made every effort to reduce the stress on us in such a bad situation. They worked professionally and quickly with all aspects. The work was beautiful. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. Would definitely use them again! Recommend them very highly!

We first hired Lamp Properties to do a bed and bath addition at our home. We were looking for a turn key contractor that could provide both architectural and general contracting services. In other words, a single point of contact to handle all issues and to take full accountability for the project.
