Jeff Jost was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. With over two decades of painting experience, Jeff Jost is a skilled and versatile painter who believes in quality craftsmanship. Jeff started his career as a painter in 1994 and was taught by a master painter-learning the ins and outs of the trade.
We work with you to ensure proper scheduling and a minimum of disruption for you and your tenants. All Jost Painting crew members arrive in uniform in official company vans for easy identification, enhancing building and tenant security. Our supervisors monitor every site for neatness and proper disposal of any hazardous waste, ensuring superior project satisfaction from start to finish.
Do you have insurance? Yes, we carry Commercial General Liability and Workers Compensation for all our employees. How is my furniture protected during painting? We carefully protect all areas not receiving finish products with masking and/or drop cloths. If an accident occurs, are you responsible? Jost Painting has full General Liability to $1,000,000, Commercial Auto and Worker's Compensation insurance - we've got you covered!
I just got back to the Kern River Valley and had a chance to look at the results of the painting project. What a professional job! The hole patching was flawless and the paint touch up inside and outside was superb, with me not being able to see where the work was done since the patching and painting matched the older areas so perfectly.

Painting our homes exterior was a big project that required a lot of prep work and attention to detail. Jost painting crew did a great job in preparing the house and then painting. This took several days from start to finish. The crew showed up early and put in full days until the job was finished. Justin, the foreman was amazingly professional and obviously took pride in his work. The crew cleaned up the area daily and left nothing behind except a great paint job. I was initially apprehensive in committing to this job as it wasn’t cheap. But after seeing the amount of time that went into the
