We looked for a home in NH for a while and lucky for us we toured one of the San-Ken homes being built at the Autumn Oaks development in Milford NH. Kenny walked us through one of the models (which we loved) and reviewed the design and construction of the home. We were very impressed with the house design and quality construction.

We purchased a home in a San-Ken development in Milford in 2018. Best builder we have ever worked with. Kenny cares deeply about having happy and satisfied customers. Anytime we have had an issue Kenny goes out of his way to solve it. He is a man of his word and a great pleasure to deal with. A shout out also to Pete who oversees construction. Incredible team and I highly recommend San-Ken Homes.

We built our new home with San-Ken just over a year ago and we absolutely love it. We have had several new homes built in the past, but this has definitely been one of the best experiences we have had so far. Kenny and his team are extremely professional and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Kenny was our agent and everything said about him in prior comments is spot on. He is attentive, very knowledgeable in his field, and goes above and beyond ones expectations.
The property our home sits on is very rocky and quite sloped. His crew built for us a most beautiful retaining wall. We love it!
Any concerns we had during the process were immediately addressed and resolved.

Let me tell you how amazing this building company is!!! Mike & Kenny!! ❤️ OMG the beautiful work their workers performed is almost perfection if perfect even exists, this company is it!! Not only did they keep their promise of making sure our home would be ready in time for our move to avoid being homeless 😜 the house itself is such high quality and beautifully done!! How on earth did they build so quickly without any errors or mistakes is beyond me but they did it. Everything in our dream home is exactly what I imagined and better! We had a house built by San-Ken about a year ago. They were great to work with. Several rounds of plan changes were done. Addition of a second driveway about a couple weeks from completion. We had special construction requirements (wife is a potter). Some framing changes were needed as we noticed that some room widths needed to be changed. Then at the end, our old house sold and we had to hurry the move in a bit. No issues, they we EXTREMELY accommodating to our needs.

It was the first home that they looked at and the last. The home was promised to be built in a certain time frame and it closed right on time.
