It's not often a company surprises me in a good way. The brother combo of Ben and Brad was a great 1-2 punch. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. From the very first visit to the final invoice, everything was exactly as they said it would be. My wife was worried there would be crunchy carpet when they were done and I'm happy to say that was not the case. The carpet got clean and stayed soft - no crazy residue. Looking forward to referring these guys to all of my clients. Thanks again.

I have been using Ben and Brad for over 15 years. They have always done an excellent job on our carpets. Just recently they cleaned our steps and they look brand new. It's easy to schedule with their company, and I have always found them to be conscientious and professional. They strive for full customer satisfaction each and every visit. Brad and his team cleaned both my mom's and my carpet. What a wonderful job they do. Very professional and they take their time to do it right. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. Used this company for carpet cleaning. Angela was a doll and a pleasure to work with, she was efficient, detail oriented, and made sure to do whatever we needed as well as make suggestions to make this experience great for us. Brad and Peter came to do the cleaning, they were great. The carpet came out amazing and their professionalism and courtesy was top notch. 5 star service!

I can’t say enough good things about creative carpet care! Angela responded so quickly and got out to do my estimate the next day! Also recommended someone to stretch our carpets and he was very quick to respond and come out to give me an estimate as well! Brad and Peter came early and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. They look practically brand new! Everyone with creative carpet care was so professional and nice! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!
