Very professional operation; the repair guy basically had to change out the entire lock system on a lovely old antique door, and they did it at a very good price. This was after he spent quite some time and energy trying to salvage the old one, and save me some money. But it was totally shot.
Repair guy did all this while under pressure (I could tell from a phone call) from his boss who had wanted him to hustle off to the next job. He told me after he hung up: "I'm not going to go running off to another job while I've got one to do here."
Give that guy a raise!

He showed up unprepared. We had sent pictures of the lock that needed replacing or repairing. He fiddled for 5 minutes and said he would have to order a new lock. Why did we send pictures. They charged $160. Part service call and part to do try to adjust. Very unprofessional and wasteful. I will always pay for good service. I think this wss a sham to come back and double bill.

This company is "key" for performing lock services. They were able to squeeze us in even after they had nothing available. Prices were very affordable for what we needed with five locks. Communication day of was great. Technician showed up and was professional and got right to work. Very helpful in explaining to process. Would use again and highly recommend.

For extra security, my husband and I needed a new lock installed on our front door. Technician, Scott B., arrived and completed the install professionally and efficiently. Scott communicated the minor challenges he encountered and quickly figured out a workaround to meet our needs. He cleaned up work area, after completion, and delivered outstanding customer service. These guys are amazing and go above & beyond for their customers. We had a very difficult front door security lock failing situation and they worked with us patiently to get it resolved as well. These guys are the best in the area as well when it comes to electronic security. They can work in conjunction with ADT as well. Duncan, the owner is really personable and reasonable and Scott our technician, as well as George were highly trained and knowledgeable in their field and did an outstanding job and helped us find a permanent solution to our problem after years of getting the run around

Antonio and Ellen came out to my house to rekey my doors and were EXCELLENT!!! They were masked to start and SO professional. The call center person that I spoke with did not give me any information ( which is my only complaint about Flying Locksmith) so Antonio explained everything and started the job while I ran to the hardware store to get different door knobs that would work with the others I had. They made me extra keys and gave overall great service! They even took the time to pat my dog, Titan who was begging for attention. I would use Flying Locksmiths again and request that Antonio and
