Is your water heater on the fritz or more likely to break-down in the near future? If the hot water in the tank gets depleted by the time you get to the end of your shower, it is recommended to have the hot water heater assessed. Often it's matter of making a simple adjustment inside the tank in order for your toilet to work properly. If the water never completely shuts off, check to see if the water level inside the tank is higher than the overflow pipe. If it is, adjusting the water level should fix it. Some tanks have a set screw on top of the water inlet valve where the arm of the float is connected.

Mike quickly provided a fair quote via text and replaced my water heater the next day! He also was able to find a supplier for the water heater at a time when other plumbers told me I would have wait 3-4 weeks for a back ordered heater. I found County Line to be very responsive and accurate.

We booked an appointment with a larger company a week in advance for an issue we were having with our shower (which squealed like a stuck pig). The company bailed on us the day of and tried to reschedule another week out. We called Mike and he got back to us right away and was able to come out the same day. Took one look at the issue, said "I know what that is", fixed it, and left. Fabulous job, so thrilled to shower without the banshee in my tub. Will definitely be calling Mike again with any other plumbing issues.

My sister called Mike on Monday and he was here on time, on Tuesday. He repaired a toilet shut-off valve which was defective and replaced the rigid pipe to the toilet tank with a flexible connection. My water heater sprung a leak and I was desperate to find someone to replace it ASAP. Several companies couldn’t do it for a day or two and another wanted to an extraordinary amount to replace it.
