We're in the process of converting our garage to an ADU. As our architect- Sahar has been a fantastic partner and guide as to what this process entailed. Sahar from the beginning was very tuned into us as clients. She listed to all our need and expectations, but also set us up with what is realistic with a project like this. We are not versed in city code or process, which Sahar is, and so she really helped us make the right decisions that would suit our needs but also get approved by the city - not an easy task! I called Simple Squared to see if they could do a very detailed floor plan for a condo I had just purchased long distance/sight unseen in Santa Monica. I discovered them online and my contractor and I spoke to Sahar. We explained what we needed and had a great conversation and went forward. Sahar did an excellent job with the finished product. She was extremely thorough and professional during the entire process and provided us with exactly what we needed and on time as well. Her follow up has also been great -- she has been totally available to answer our questions as we move forward

I finally decided to do some upgrades to my home I purchased almost 2 years ago. The first thing I wanted to "redo" was my Master bath and laundry room.
