I have contacted Adel Mikhail multiple times and they are always very responsive. Both times I needed repairs, they were able to accommodate me quickly and provided outstanding service. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. I once called about an issue and rather than coming out and charging me for a visit, they gave me suggestions to try to address the issue first before a service visit. Adel and his son Dave, run a fine business. Great workmanship, fair prices, and great customer service. Cannot recommend more highly. Team was super friendly, clean, and efficient. I was having a problem with my garage door closing completely. I called Adel Mikhail garage doors and left a message at 9:30 in the morning. Adel called me back that morning and was out to my house by 3:30 that afternoon. He immediately saw what the issue was and fixed it plus gave me some tips on how to maintain the garage doors. It is extremely rare, if nonexistent, for a contractor to get back to you and come fix a problem the same day and it is not because he is not busy. There is no question I would use Adel again for any of my garage door needs.
