My experience with WC Floor was excellent. Mr. Wilson Correa supervised his crew in refinishing hardwood floors in 5 rooms, a foyer and a hallway at my home. The project included removing and disposing of carpet in all rooms and removing ceramic tile in the foyer. The tile removal was labor intensive work but they successfully conserved the hardwood floor underneath the tile. The beautiful job the crew did with the floors has transformed the entire look of my home. Mr. Correa takes great pride in his work, is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We used WC Floors to refinish the hardwood flooring throughout our home. They removed a dark stain and finish to bring floors to their natural color and completed with a clear sealer and two coats of satin finish. The work was done in the time promised, with a beautiful result and a thourough clean up of the work area. We would highly recommend them.

Wilson and his team removed our old and outdated hardwood flooring and installed new one on the main floor of our house, and on two flights of stairs. Wilson and his team have done beautiful works. I have them refinished the floor, stair and rails from more traditional style to a more modern style. WC Floors team are very professional, skilled, detailed oriented and finished everything’s on time. The finished products are beautiful. I am very happy of the outcome. WC Flooring did an incredible job installing new tile in our kitchen. The old floor was extremely difficult to demo and the sub floor was uneven as well. The crew worked so hard. I'm so pleased with their work and look forward to using them replace the floor in all our bedrooms.

Was quoted a price to refinish my hardwood floors and 10 minutes before they were to arrive, I received a phone call from Dana telling me that my estimate was no longer valid . She said that prices have gone up since I signed the contract . I had to reschedule due to health issues and Covid. I was furious and told her this is bait and switch. Why didn't she tell me this when i scheduled the new date. She didn't have a good reason and said she didn't want to call me on Sunday night. I told her to cancel the job. Excellent experience with WC Floors from start to finish, they were very responsive and timely with an estimate. The pricing was reasonable and more importantly the quality of the work was excellent. We had existing tile floors replaced with hardwood, and I appreciated the extra attention the installers took to ensure the subfloor was level and secure to avoid any squeaks. WC Floors did a truly amazing job on our kitchen floors. They had their work cut out for them as the previous owners of our house cut some corners and installed newer flooring on top of the existing flooring. WC removed both layers and installed awesome new wood look tile. They were hard working, professional, on time, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for some flooring work. We are very happy we went with them.

We searched around and obtained quotes before deciding who was going to stain our wood floors. This was a huge decision since it's definitely an investment and affects our home. My wife and I closed our house last week and had 8 days until move in. We had floors that desperately needed re-treatment due to old rugs, exposed nails, and termite damage and wanted it done before we moved in furniture.
We called WC and Wilson was over on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice, showed up early, took our measurements and assured us it would be done in time for move-in. He quickly sent us an estimate and his crew was in the following Wednesday and worked 7:30 AM-8:00 PM for two days to get it done.

These guys were terrible. Use them to refinish 1000 ft.² of oak floor in our old house. The end result was horrible. There were sanding marks. Ripples from the sander. They destroyed the stairs and that was actually a footprint in the finish. When I talk to Wilson about all of this he told me I couldn't blame him that it was his helpers fault. Would not recommend them for anything.

I was looking for someone to refinish my floors and went to yelp for help. Found 3 companies and received the same quote from all three. I chose WC floors because Wilson showed up on time and was professional. The day he showed up I was late because I had taken my children to school. When I returned home Wilson and his crew was waiting with a smile on their faces. My floors are amazing and they look brand new they are actually over 60 years old. Not sure about their floor refinishing - we didn't get that far. We were going to hire them to redo our floors but said we'd be back in touch once we booked painters. WC Floors told us that they did painting too. I made sure to ask (repeatedly) if they would sand the 1950's maple built ins prior to painting and was assured they would. Well after a day of painting (which we caught the one guy cleaning his brush in our brand new bathroom sink TWICE - we specifically told them they could not do that as we have septic and provided them a hose hookup instead) the paint was peeling

Afterwards, they vacuumed and wiped everything down anyways. The polish they use has no smell and does not leave any residuals on the wood surface. It's a great, natural look.

I had received two quotes from other contractors for the floor but was not comfortable. The prices were approximately the same, but the follow-up was not good and I had to push for written quotes. In one case, the quote provided no detail of the actual work needed. I saw the good review of Wilson on Yelp and emailed him. He contacted me right away and scheduled to meet me.
