Need a certain color of grout. Although they did carry in stock but the gentleman said they could order it for me. I've been to a few stores trying to find it and none of them had it. The gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Went out of his way to make sure i got what I needed

Invoiced me (my company) for work that was never done. They cant tell me what they did and where they did it. cant provide a service report or show a signature of a person that signed off on the work. but yet they keep sending me bills with finance charges. very unprofessional, and unscrupulous.

Two times this summer 2020 they failed in ability to mix paint properly and I it was not worth my time to try to get the problem fixed. The attitude always sucks more than their mixing skills. I will not be doing business with them anymore.

I have dealt with them 4 times they left trash took forever to install a window 3 months from the time we had them come out till it was finished. Will not deal with them again

Disappointing. Had guy come and take measurements; said he'd give a quote in the afternoon. Didn't hear back so I called and lady on phone who was unprofessional. Told her Tim came and took measurements and said he'd have quote in afternoon. She says, "Tim? I don't know if ..." [puts me on long hold]. I didn't stick around to wait. Now I'm reaching out to Columbus and surrounding areas. Great companies on Angie's List where companies offer more competitive pricing and although further away, are motivated, prompt & ready to take on new business.
