Cleard out room 1 week before end of May, called to notify them that I was out and that the room could be rented. Had to leave a message because no one answered after trying several times. Ten days later was being told I owed them for June. I rented the room for two months and paid upfront for both months. This storage facility is run by offsite management. Not a hometown business as you would hope in a town like Diboll. And the email they sent out about rats was correct. All I had was shovels in my unit and I still saw rats.
