Richie was amazing and such a gentleman! I needed about 10 doorknobs replaced with new ones before our housewarming. He did so very quickly, neatly, and they look amazing! We are so happy to have found a reliable locksmith. Will definitely use him for future projects! Thank you, Richie.

Richie was great, I've been looking for a trustworthy locksmith for weeks. He came out and bored perfectly into my front entry door and then installed my deadbolt and handle. Communication was easy, asking me where I want it and provided suggestions for maximum strength. Also, the price was great! Beating over several other bids that were somewhat undefined as most said there's a fee to come out and from there "we'll see"....
When you see those kinds of practices you open yourself up to being very vulnerable and at the mercy of price gauging.

Richie was straight forward

I had a front door lever lock that has been broken for the past few years and I didn't get around to getting it fixed until I was stuck working from home during COVID-19. I found A&R and also one other locksmith on yelp. Both were good but A&R responded a little faster and their prices were slightly better. Rick and Genti are both very nice, they came the same day for a non emergency call and they did a great job!

Rick was amazing! I had him come into re-key 3 doors, as well as install 2 new deadbolts and doorknobs. It was responsive and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment in advance. Changed about five locks for me in a new house. They arrived on time, reviewed the property and changed all locks pretty quickly and got all but one on the same key. About as successful a job that could be done.

Ricky was amazing! The firemen had to break down the door to save my dad who'd fallen in the tub. Door jammed and lock broken, and so we couldn't get back in. Great customer service and available immediately. He's seen everything over the years and quickly came, assessed the damage and recommended great solutions. Got everything done fast and in the end a reasonable price.

Called the locksmith Tim he was very quick took a payment over the phone and popped up in like 30 mins, I was locked out of my car which all my locks were frozen tim in the below freezing cold got the locks open in no time thanks to him I was able to get home. Will definitely call them for my lock needs

Very nice to me, Richie was very verbose in explaining the security measures that are simple and inexpensive to implement. We spoke about high security keys as opposed to medium and low security. Since I recently became cautious about my keys, I found out how many locks are more easy to pick which is why I am now going to a higher security key that requires an ID card that comes with the lock.

WHAT A SCAM!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! They charge $85 dollars PLUS TAX to open your car! Whatever you do, DON'T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS. The owner is the person who unlocks your car door, and he takes his time getting to you. You will wait at least an hour. DO NOT CALL HIM NO MATTER WHAT! He wrote down my credit card number wrong and when it didn't go through he threatened to call the police on me! So I explained he wrote it down wrong and he still was letting me know he was going to call the police if it didn't go through. Unbelievable!
