Definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tank pumped. The service technicians were polite and informative and made sure that the system was working properly before closing the lid. Also very quick to get us on the schedule which saved us more headaches and can't thank them enough for doing such a good job.

It’s not always easy to pick through any home service. My personal experience has been more negative than positive. Alrite navigated their newer model pump tank down 5 miles of rough dirt road to service a tank that hasn’t been touched in a dozen years. They did the job quickly and efficiently, stuck to the estimate I was given over the phone and educated me on how to make things easier and keep my system operating properly. Great experience and good to know where to go.

We called this am stating we had problems with our septic system. They said the earliest they could make it out was in the afternoon which was great! However they called and said they could come sooner. Even better!!! They were very friendly and professional. Even though our system was very bad in first assessment they were able to fix the problem without having to put a new system in. Thank you very much and I will spread the word that you have a great company!!
