Owner Steve Kennis has been a resident of the Outer Banks since 1982 and understands the service needs of both year-round residents and vacation rentals alike. Our rates are reasonable, and we are knowledgeable and courteous. It's no wonder that we continue to provide excellent service. Steve was great! Came out right away and diagnosed the problem with our ice maker. He could have charged us to fix part of it and then we would have to gamble if the other parts were working correctly. Instead he explained everything and the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing. Recommended a good, local company to consider for a replacement. Very professional!

Steve repaired our stand alone ice maker. It's a Kenmore, but I believe is made by Whirlpool. Steve was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew what he was doing, fixed our ice maker, and charged reasonably. I don't know what else I can say--he's great! I have no hesitancy in recommending him.

Steve answered my call and came when he said he would arrive. He was honest to say it was cheaper to buy a new stove than try to find the parts to fix it. He wore a mask and was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to call him again.
