Very unhappy with my limited experience with Vance & Sons. I called and asked for help getting a design / quote for some services. I was asked to email pictures & details for what I was looking for and they would be in touch. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing. When I called to leave a message asking for my quote, I was notified the original person answering the phone was fired as she had not been forwarding information to others. I was informed that I would get information later that day. That was over a week ago. I've taken my business elsewhere.
