I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for an estimate but there was no answer. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, so I wasn't disappointed and just left a voicemail. To my surprise, a lady called back and said someone was working that Saturday and would reach out and could do the estimate. No one called. I called Monday, but again no answer, so I left another voicemail. Tuesday, still no call so I called them back. Again, no answer and another voicemail left. I received a text from the lady who'd called previously saying someone would call Wednesday. No call. Thursday, no call and
