Just like his voicemail says, a contractor you can trust. I had Bill out for a 2nd opinion like everyone should do, and got a totally different solution presented to our roofing issues. The previous contractor apparently wasn't thinking about long term run off issues when they connected my addition. 5 years post addition completion we started seeing seepage in the attic crawl space so we called a roofer who was just going to put a new layer on the whole roof, assuring us another problem probably in shorter that 5 years next time. Bill made a suggestion which has totally fixed the issue, for about

I called Bill after discovering some heavy leaking on my porch from my roof and received a call back the same day. The following morning, Eric came to provide an estimate, and he provided honest options without upselling. They were back less than a week later to complete the job (partial roof replacement). The crew worked hard all day, explained everything, did great work, and paid special attention to clean-up. Would recommend to anyone.

Company Rep Eric, came to my home Wednesday morning to give me a quote on replacing two skylight windows. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He arrived at my home the very next day with his crew, and installed both skylight windows In a span of three hours. I am more than pleased with the quality of their work and will be hiring them again in the near future to shingle the back half of my roof.

I had my roof cleaned by this company and they did an excellent job! The contractor looked at my roof one day, and we were ready to go after that. Would highly recommend Will Arsenault for roof work, I was afraid my roof may have needed to be replaced but I'm amazed at what the roof cleaning is capable of doing. Use with confidence!

I called this company for an estimate. Bill got back to me as soon as he got my voicemail. He was super polite and explained that I should seek a different company that specializes in metal roofing and even gave me the best company he knew to call. I'm calling them for an estimate next, but I thought it was really great that he got back to me even if he wasnt the specialist I needed. Some companies won't even give you the time of day much less point you in a different direction. Thanks Bill for taking the time!

What a great business! We needed our roof done quickly and these guys got it done in two days! The quality is great and it looks fantastic. Bill was always available to answer our questions in the office and Eric and his crew were extremely professional at the job site. Hard workers and very polite. I would highly recommend William Arsenault Contracting, Eric and his team for any and all of your roofing needs. They replaced my roof and 2 skylights and did a fantastic job! From the initial phone call and visit through to project completion they were professional, courteous and very easy to work with. Eric and his install team (Travis, Chris, Bill) were a hard working, efficient crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
