Polytek Surface Coatings started when Kyle Baynes went on the quest to source optimal products for his contracting business. I wish I remembered the team that came out to actually install my floors in my garage. They were excellent, they were professional, they were personable, and they went above and beyond my expectations. My garage is cut a little funny and they made adjustments to make everything work and look right. I couldn't be more happy. Honestly I don't even want to park my truck in the garage now lol!!!! Had flooring installed in 2020, yellowing started happening in one spot. Called about a warranty claim, they came out and inspected and said flooring needs to be redone. No BS.. just said sorry that it happened, when can we schedule a day to come out and do your floors again!?!

I’m not one to typically leave a review but the level of service provided by this company is almost unheard of! Their attention to detail, explanation of the product and process, and detailed care information was easy to understand and transparent.

Working with the Polytek team has been great. We recently had them come out to coat our walkway up to the house as the concrete was looking terrible. The whole process was very easy and pleasant from the bid to the finished product. The team showed up when they said they would and finished the job quickly. We are very satisfied with the end product and feel like our house now looks "finished"

Every once in awhile, if your'e lucky, a home project goes exactly as promised. Such is the case with Polytek Surface Coatings. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. When getting the estimate, the process was explained in a clear and concise manner. The workers showed up on site the day of the scheduled installation and went right to work. From our initial meeting with Kathy, scheduling with Kayla, and the wonderful job that was completed by Doug, we could not be more happy with the results.
