Farr built homes is great to work with and I highly recommend them as a builder. I have toured many of their homes, spoken with many of the people they have built homes for and have worked with them personally myself on my home. They are attentive to detail and are easy to work with and easy to get a hold of when needed. I love their attention to detail and wanting to make sure what is being done worked for me and was done correctly.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My home is a quality built home from Lowell Farr. The problem I encountered was when a couple of item's needed addressed after moving in. I feel I was dealt with unprofessionally by no follow up on their end, constant phone calls, and being ignored. I feel this company lacks integrity once they have been paid.

Farr Built Homes...... is great to work with they make the big task of building your dreams seem like no big deal and make you feel very comfortable in making decisions. Their contacts and subs and suppliers do great work, they are clean and take pride in their work. Makes you proud to show off your house and be proud to share who helped build our dream home. The Farr's were always happy to talk with us, and help us understand the process so we always felt involved in the process and in control of our dream.

We were looking for a house that was already built but we could not find a house that felt right. We setup an appointment with Mckell and toured a few of the houses. Lowell was at one of the last houses we went through and he told us that they are a custom builder and they could change the things within the walls to create the home we wanted. We ended getting a spec home that they started and we modified the plan to add so things like a mud room and extra bathroom in the basement and a few other things. Tyler was very good to work with on those changes. I would love to say everything went well

My husband and I have built 3 homes, working with Farr Built Homes was one of the best experiences we have had. Lowell, Tyler and Mckell were so easy to work with. Tyler or Lowell were (still are) so easy to get a hold of and they frequently meet us at the job site to go over things and answer our questions.
The attention to detail and professional craftsmanship that were portrayed throughout the entire house construction are first class. The followup of minor items that were discovered after moving into the home have been rectified quickly and completely to our satisfaction. I would recommend

We have worked as a sub contractor for the Farr's for many years, and enjoy working with them more than any other builder. They are honest, generous, and straight forward. We are second-generation contractors. My father subbed for Lowell when I was young and he had nothing but good things to say about him. We have done a lot of framing for the Farr's and look forward to continuing our relationship! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build!

Building a home is a stressful and exciting time. Its frustrating when you don't know the lingo or you expect things to happen super fast. When we found Farr built homes in late 2018 we had some issues with another builder. Tyler showed up walked us through a finished product and that floor plant was IT. He was easy going and wasn't super "sales" guy pitch. Everything wasn't an UPGRADE and was included in the bid. We Started our dig January of 2019 and moved in August 2019. The subcontractors used by Farr built homes are in demand. BUT I quickly learned why we waited for the tile guy or why we

It's horrible that you can't trust your builder when they tell you "don't worry we will take care of it" then you have them sign a contract before closing.. after they got their last check they turned into completely different people and won't help you.. they hired a roofer who only had his license for a month before starting our house, he destroyed it multiple times, they hired someone else who destroyed it even more.. and now we are stuck with it .. hopefully more people hear about this and don't get burned by them, we know of quiet a few people even back to

My family and I love our custom home recently built by Farr Built Homes. As a first time home builder I had a million questions. We were very pleased with Lowell and Tyler they were always willing to help and answer my questions. They were very honest and upfront with us about everything. They were able to explain a lot of things in a simple way I could understand. We were very impressed with the quality of work that was performed on our home. Lowell and Tyler made the building process smooth and enjoyable. All of our timetables we met and the home looks great!

I absolutely love my new house. I never imagined myself having a house built just for me. But from start to finish, Farr Built Homes made it a great experience. Lowell, Tyler and McKell were so helpful when it came to answering questions, advising on decisions and listening to my thoughts. The worst homebuilding experience ever !! Our house building has been a adventure to say the least. Every week there was a new problem ( almost 200 pictures worth). The excuses were. " I've never seen that before" or "that's something we haven't done before". We lost all confidence in Farr built homes, when we asked for a new roof on our new house and got the response of "we are not going to pay to make it right"...Be very aware they are out for your money and not to build your dream home !!
