This is the first review I have ever felt the need to write. That is how impressed I was with Ron himself and his professionalism.
We had an issue with the hardware in one of our showers and it would leak water everywhere as long as the water to the house was on. I called Ron in the morning and explained the problem to him and sent him pictures. As it turned out, the piece I needed to replace was almost non-existent locally and would need to be ordered. Ordering something was not even a consideration due to the issues with quarantine from The Rona.
