This is the first time I’m writing a review where 5 stars isn’t enough…I would gladly give 7 in this case, There were more than one challenging stains on the carpetr and yet the task was completed with kindness and efficiency by this consummate professional for a reasonable fee. John with George and Luis describes themselves as having a work ethic. and with an easy scheduling on their office staff Susan and Kim together with Julie nobody could beat them......

We have used John and his team for many years in both Southampton and Manhattan. They are magicians when it comes to cleaning. They always show up promptly, are professional, explain their process and then move forward. Most recently, we had a ceiling leak brown water on a white rug. John came out immediately and cleaned the spot, leaving no marks at all. I cannot say enough good things about the office staff as well! Always friendly to work with!

About three years ago I had my carpeted stairs cleaned by a nationally-known carpet cleaning company. I figured I was in good hands. A young, inexperienced worker showed up and essentially did little more than soak my carpet. I called to complain and another worker showed up and did a little better job. Over the past few years, my carpeted stairs got more and more soiled. On the verge of replacing a perfectly good but dirty carpet, I heard of All Clean Carpet on the radio and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to one of their very helpful staff and set an appointment for a cleaning

Top quality Service – Miracle cured water-stained crushed light mint green velvet!!! John and the team were very knowledgeable on the fibers/fabric they were dealing with and exactly how they needed to be treated all the while being clear on what to realistically expect. They did an over the top amazing job and were extremely professional and made our interior design firm look great to our client in the process! Saved us a lot of money in upholstery!! Best in NY!!
