Schultheis Bros. just installed our new gutters. From our initial talks for an inspection with Katie and Kathy to our install day, everything went very smoothly. All of the guys who installed our gutters were very nice and professional. They also worked hard to make sure everything was functional for the design of our home. We are very happy with everything!

Extremely satisfied with the overall job. Bob and 8-person crew began work at 7:30am and were completely finished and cleaned up by 4:30pm. Replaced wood, shingles, vents, and created a roof vent the length of the roof. They covered my back deck, bushes, front yard grass, anywhere debris could cause damage or excessive cleanup. They also padded the ladders that had to lean on gutters to avoid dents and scratches. Amazing work process. Highly recommend.

After seeking out (literally) dozens of quotes for a roof and gutter replacement I ended up going with Schultheis Bros. Their price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. On the day they came to do the roof, full crew and everyone was at my house early in the morning and a light rain started. They didn’t feel comfortable doing any work (even though the drizzle was light) during that time and promised to come back the next day (which was supposed to be much nicer). I really appreciated that, some roofers may have tried to work in the rain which would have lead to problems. They showed up

Schultheis Bros. did a fantastic job on my roof! They finished the entire roof and gutters in a day and a half. The workers were courteous and professional. I have a large flower garden directly in front of my house and they really took care to avoid getting any debris or damage of any kind to the area, despite the close proximity. My whole yard was spotless when they were finished. I highly recommend them! My neighbors are already asking for their number!

Justin and his associates did a fantastic job replacing two 22 year old furnaces and air conditioners in our home. They were very professional and coordinated with my construction of a raised platform for the condensing units seamlessly. The upstairs unit is shoe horned in to a bedroom closet, and they handled that difficulty without complaints.

A seamless, easy process. The organization (thanks Katie and Cathy) went above and beyond what was necessary to obtain the warranty approvals and ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. The roofing crew (including Steve) were on time, were courteous and professional, worked extremely hard in hot, humid conditions and thoroughly cleaned the entire area when the roof was finished. The roof looks great!

Since Schulties Brothers responded to my review saying all of the issues with my Mitsubshi mini split were caused by my lack of maintenance I have had two well known HVAC companies look at my system. All I told them is that the system doesn't heat or cool to my expectations. Both companies had the same response, the indoor unit is indeed too high to function properly which I have complained about since the day it was installed. Clark and his team spent about 3 days on our roof replacement and box gutters. It was a big project which included steep pitches, relining difficult box gutters all in a very tight and confined space. The crew was extremely clean and punctual. While there were a few dings to some landscape lighting (to be expected with 23 square of roofing being removed and replaced by hand and ladder) Clark repaired all. Thanks again for a great job. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come out for some repairs to our siding and roof. We made the appointment two weeks in advance and rearranged our schedule so that we would be home. On the morning of the appointment, we get a call that they were cancelling because they "were not in the area that day". They also charge an up-front fee before any work is done. This review is in response to the great service I received from Schultheis Brothers. They not only provided the best price, but were also the most responsive of all three bidders. Rocco was very knowledgeable and honest, and was the only bidder to carefully examine the systems he would be replacing, as the original ducting and venting were to be reused. He discovered that the original exhaust vent on the upstairs attic system used an uncapped tee connector instead of a proper bend, and had been dumping carbon monoxide into the attic insulation under which the uncapped end was hidden. Schultheis Brothers does not stand by their work. They installed my roof - requested by me when I bought the property - and will not stand by the work now that there is an issue. Like true professionals, they hung up the phone on me just now. Use someone else - they're not interested in customer service.

This company is a total, complete scam. They came out to recharge my home A/C for $400. It stopped working again after a few days and I called back and they stated there is nothing they can do, there must be a small leak. I'm not an HVAC tech, but don't you think you might test for a leak before servicing the unit? Don't call them unless your a high roller gambler.

Great experience with them. We used them to replace our roof. They came out and gave us a quote in a timely fashion. We received 3 quotes in total, and they were not only the most affordable but also the easiest to get in touch with and the most responsive. Despite having a very busy schedule this fall, they were able to fit us in and get the roof done in 2 days just before bad weather started. The staff was great, very respectful of our property, and even cleaned up our leaves when they left. I highly recommend using them for roofing services.

The hours listed on their yelp are wrong. I called at 10:30 am on a saturday to get plumbing help for frozen pipes and was told they do not do any afterhours work and no one would be notified to call me back, let alone get a quote until the next business day.

Wife and I decided that the 19 year old heating and ac unit where not efficient and there was also a crack in the heat exchanger.
I called Schultheis Bros for an estimate.
I got there name off of the trans website as an authorized installer.
From beginning too end Schultheis Bros where professional and did an amazing job.
The sales gal came wrote up an estimate and gave it to us on the spot.

Called for emergency service on a Saturday around 8 pm. (Our A/C unit wouldn't kick on.) I was called back by a technician within 5 minutes. He reworked his morning schedule to get out to us by 10:30 am the following day (Sunday). He inspected the A/C, replaced the broken part, and wrapped up within a half hour. No upselling or sales pitches. Unit was running well when he left. Glad we called Schultheis.

I had an emergency furnace problem (it wouldn't turn on) and was in a scramble to find someone to come out immediately. I called around for some estimates and these guys a) answered and responded, and b) had someone out within 90 minutes. I thought because of the situation I'd hear some astronomical estimate, but they guy found it to be just a jammed exhaust pipe. Cost was minimal in a situation where I could have gotten taken. I really appreciated it, and the tech was also pretty fast (Thomas, I think?). Pretty much exactly what you want from a contractor type service.
