I had one of their openers installed in 2013, I am a Habitat for Humanity home owner. I moved in my home January 2014, started using the door and that first year had to have it serviced twice! Since then it has been serviced or had problems every year. This year the opener really started messing up and our cars were locked in the garage. I called the company who installed it and was told this unit might have been bad. I called Marantec America and spoke with a rep that tried to blame me for the unit not working. I am a former business professor and I have to say the bad service I have received
