Kindred Flooring is so much more than a flooring company. We initially met with Kindred Flooring to redo all the floors in our house, but because of its versatility, we ended up agreeing to do a major interior remodel with Kindred.
In a shared project between Rachel at Kindred and Frank from Navajo Contractors, the scope of our project included replacing our floors, overhauling our fireplace facade, tweaking the layout of our living area, scraping off our popcorn ceiling, painting the entire interior and installing new lighting throughout.

I contacted this flooring company and went with them because of their 5 star reviews on here. I was impressed with their inventory! as soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Lisa. she was very polite and helpful. I looked around and chose a few colors. the owner Rachel was very sweet and kind. I felt very welcomed and she was thorough with the process. once I decided on the color and material, she came in the next day and measured our home and let me know when the installers were going to come. This has been one of 2 great experiences I've had all my life. The floor was laid down in one and a half days and they had expected 3. The men installing the floors were respectful, CLEAN, neat, tidy and hard working. The owner accommodated my request to come out sooner for a quote. Overall, my experience was perfect. I paid more but I got what I paid for! I will look to them for my future renovations or updates.

Rachel and Lisa at Kindred flooring were a pleasure to work with! To start, the showroom is super clean and organized which made it easy to look at samples and choose the right floor for my new home. During the demo and install, I knew I was in good hands even though we found 2 layers of tile and a super moist slab... Rachel's expertise helped guide our steps to remedy it and I was confident in her recommendation. My floor is absolutely beautiful and I get tons of compliments! In love with my Panaget floors!!

I purchased carpet for a new house and Rachel was very helpful. Our timing for our contractor to finish with painting and other work and for moving in was quite tight. I recently purchased travertine and unfortunately all the tiles bad chips in them and my installer could not proceed with the install. I called Rachel the owner and she and her store manager Lisa right away handle the situation. Lisa the manager came and inspected and took pictures. The very next day they had the sales rep from the tile company come and pick it up and I got a whole new set of beautiful tile that same day!! I recommend Kinder Flooring to all when shopping for tiles, hardwood anything related to flooring.

Where Do I start? I set up an estimate with Rachel for new flooring in my home. Rachel came in and gave me an estimate for flooring and small renodel of my home.I was hesitant at 1st but the more we spoke the more she was on her game about everything.I was so impressed by her knowledge, I cancelled my other flooring appointment.I'm glad I did! Of course I had some hiccups once the job began but everything worked out. Well, I have procrastinated long enough. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is long overdue. We wanted to replace our carpeting in our house and also paint the interior doors and baseboard. We started shopping around. We contacted several different flooring companies including Kindred Flooring. The other companies came in a little cheaper but didn’t do everything that we wanted. Kindred flooring and Navajo Construction recently installed brand new floors, baseboards and door casings throughout our house. Rachel was very helpful during the process and patient as I worked through all the small details of the project. She answered all of my questions, had excellent suggestions and helped to problem solve my biggest concerns. When I was uncertain about the floor choice, they were able to coordinate with Crystal Flooring (which is local) so that I could see the full boards in person. We chose to go with their "Deep Sea Collection -Venice" which turned out lovely.

Kindred flooring is far the best flooring group your going to get. I used them to match and install hardwood flooring into the newly renovated nursery. Time was critical, baby was due in 3 weeks. I had 3 other flooring contractors come to give estimates. All three failed to check all boxes. Then I found Kindred. Wish I had called them first. They know the products, the trim, the business as a whole. AND , BIG AND, when they do the molding, they will also do the case molding around the door. I spoke with 10 installers on the phone, none will do case molding. Shop is very organized, lots of samples

We were shopping for new floor for our office, debating if we should use tile, laminate or vinyl and so on. Rachel is so patient to work with us, so knowledgeable with advice and suggestions, and so generous by offering samples for us to match our existing settings. Excellent customer service and and very impressed by their integrity and how they stand behind the products that they sell. This is the second time in a year that we decided to use them again for our Master bedroom floor this time around. Last year, they installed the floor for our kids bedrooms. Preparation for it was painless. They came out and measured our bedroom one day. And then they came back to install the floor another day. They finished it in one day.
