Seriously the best! Used to be skeptical about this kind of service but this really works. My parents had been denied by their previous insurance for help with their roof. Even after switching insurances, Fabrizio was able to not only get the old insurance to pay out, but also increase how much they would. So kind, professional, hard-working, and like family!

I contacted Fabrizio of Monarch Claims Adjusters for wind damage to our roof. He immediately came out to the house, climbed up on the roof to evaluate the damages and gave us his assessment. He explained to me and my husband about the process, and he gave us such confidence that we agreed to go ahead with the claim. Had a great experience with monarch, they make you feel special, like part of the family. They did not mind the one thousand questions I had. They were very professional from beginning to end. My husband and I contacted Monarch claims after our home was damaged from hurricane Irma. Our claims representative Nathalie scheduled an appointment and handled everything professionally and quickly. She has been in constant communication with us while we are still in the midst of getting our insurance settlement claim.
