Our a.c. had been limping along all summer, we had called the orange truck guys about a month ago. A guy came out, looked at the unit outside and looked inside. He told us we “probably needed freon” but since it was frozen he wanted to wait until the next day to look at it (and charge us another $95 service charge). He had to go back to the shop so I sprayed off the unit with the hose and ran the heater for 5 minutes to thaw it out. He came back and saw it was thawed out and then thought the problem was a dirty filter. He wanted to sell us a filter but I opted to go get my own. So I paid $100
