Bought a couch & chair in Feb 2020. Mid March Ohio goes into lockdown. Now things are starting to open up, mid MAY. I cannot reach the store, no answer on web page, store number or salesman cell phone. They have a lot of our money. Surely by now they can bring out furniture, drop it in our foyer. They could at least answer questions. Do they have couch, is it in the state!???!

Bought a chair and matching pillows on February 1 2020. Understand things got delayed because of current situation. But should have furniture by now. Have tried calling and emailing, no response. Paid cash for items and would like to know when and if Iām going to get my furniture. They have not contacted me in any way to let me know. Phone number rings busy 24/7. Wish I knew how to contact someone. Finally received chair and pillows. Young man who delivered was very nice and professional. Furniture met expectations. Just wish communications was better, as stated above.
