Customer service did not explain that their are two different mounting post, ones that are pre cut and ones that are raw (not cut) for this system. This was not explained to us when ordering. After calling the customer service department, a rep named Bee was rude and not customer oriented. She was not our original customer service rep. She debated… me on all my questions. When I asked to talked with a supervisor, she refused and said she would hanged up on me. No instructions came with the product. And they wanted at lumper fee of $65.00 to unload off the carrier that was delivering the

Ordered the 5ft Alden. shipping was a long wait, but they all lined up perfectly when installed. No wind as of yet, but so far so good. Looks really tasteful too, semi-private works well. I drilled nails in the top rails half way (under the cap) so they would not slide, and keep pickets in place. I suggest you do the same, seen a video on YT.

I purchased nearly $4,000 worth of railings from Weatherables in November 2020. Quality was okay, although not overly impressive. Some rails were scuffed pretty bad and a few even had some type of writing on them that had to be scrubbed off, but the customer service here is comically bad.
Upon installation, I discovered that the 3 stair sections were shorter than advertised. I brought this to my sale's representative's attention, they let me know that it was "really weird," but could only offer to sell me replacement rails at full price plus shipping. She had virtually no knowledge of the products

Do not believe what they advertise. Purchased a “High Wind Fence” advertised to withhold up to 130 mph wind less than 2 years ago. Well, had a night of wind with gusts up to 60 mph...half of the mph what they advertise the fence to withstand up to. In the morning, lost the panels out of one of the sections. Wind blew them right out. Called the company about it ...they had every excuse in the book. NO HELP! My recommendation...DO NOT purchase “High Wind Fence” from Weatherables. Waste of money. Go elsewhere!!

Dude....You guys rock! I was in dire need of metal inserts for my 8ft vinyl fence and you guys had exactly what I needed. Those aluminum I-beams were perfect!!! The free shipping due to my larger order was the cherry on top. I will totally recommend you guys to anyone in need. The guy who installed my fence didn't even know those inserts existed haha! Ok, LONG sorry.I searched around the home stores, 95% special order unless you want a basic and white,, Searched online and found Weatherables,, Home Depot carries limited amounts and special orders are a pain IMO.. So around the second week of June, I ordered 60+ feet of Tan Railing, posts etc. Was told 3-4 weeks atleast, was updated it was… running 2 weeks behind. I expected that.. Well 7/29 I was emailed it shipped. Great communication, pics of shipment. It arrived in am of 7/31, Terminal was 2 miles from me. I opted to go get it. Noon it was in my truck. Today 8/2 I have half installed

I worked with Matt Wilcoxin who helped me with fence design and was a wealth of knowledge on the product. We chose a 3 rail fence and received our… order within just a few days with free shipping! There were a few damaged rails from the trip and Matt was right on it and we had our replacement rails in just a matter of days. Couldn’t be happier on the product and customer service! Thank
