Had multiple repeated call backs. Obvious mistakes installing tankless water heater. Helpers very helpful but need better supervision and training !!! since corrections have been made and what a difference this has made in their service.
After multiple call backs, they made all of the the corrections at no further charges!! Made it right like it should be!!!
Can understand with finding dependable, reliable, workers that can deliver the expected high quality installation and service.
Jerry was instrumental in GETTING IT DONE, RIGHT!!!!

.....Update,they did reach out, make it right and refunded my service call fee....Didn't test the elements on my water heater to know which one was bad just wanted to replace both elements and thermostat for $500! I can buy a whole water heater cheaper than that, told the tech no thanks they left then came back to charge me the $135 fee for coming out! Only reason for 2 star was the tech was nice....would not recommend.

We called this compnay along with 10 other plumbers during a horrible winter storm. We had busted pipes due to the several days of hard freeze & water being shut off. They updated their recording with a breif friendly message explaining the massive amount of calls & work they were dealing with. Asked that we leave a message. We left a message just like we did with the other 10 companies. They not only called us back the same day, but were the only ones to call us back. The Plumber has become our go to plumber. The office personnel is friendly & quick to get you scheduled. Our first experience with this company was about 4 or 5 months ago. We had just bought a new home. The deal was closed on the new house but because of the COVID19 we were several months delayed in moving. In the mean time, still in our old house, we started having problems with the kitchen disposal. Called The Plumber. Jimmy Stevens came out to replace with a new one. Very polite young man & helpful. A week later the new disposal quit working. I called The Plumber & they sent Jimmy out immediately
