We were replacing windows in our entire house. Window world came out gave us a quote and measured all of our windows. They gave us our price and we had to pay half the amount down. Which we gladly did. They then called us back said they needed to remeasure one of our main windows. After weeks of trying to get them to come back they finally did. They told us they messed up and the window would now be $1,500-$2,300 more expensive!!!! Which was not our fault, but expected us to pay the difference for their error. We then come to find out they have put a notice of commencement on our home which is

Ordered two sliding glass doors, a large window and a small window. Took over eight months to receive. Out of the four, only one was correct. Sliding glass door has a dent in it. Neither one came with the child locks that I ordered (main reason for order) large window was not the correct size. Been waiting four days for manger to call me back. Would never do business with this company again.

Love the Lifetime Warranty!!!
I had new windows installed in the house in 2012. About a month ago one of the windows would not work. We called for an appointment, and the technician came out at his appointed time. He replaced a couple of parts, and within an hour the window was fixed, and worked perfectly like the rest of the windows. The best part was it was FREE because of the Lifetime warranty :-)

Kenn Stamp, from Window World in Rockledge, Fl was superb. He came to measure us for hurricane windows. He was very knowledgeable. He explained all aspects, as well as price, in easy to understand language. He was prompt and professional. He was very friendly and informative. We were very pleased with Kenn Stamp. I wish everyone who calls Window World in Rockledge, Fl, could get him as a sales person. We ended up purchasing 4 windows and are waiting for them to come in. He also was honest about the timeline for the installation.
